Bradley F. Hathaway

Practice Summary

Brad Hathaway is admitted to practice both in Mississippi and Arkansas. He currently focuses on handling all types of major casualty, insurance and commercial litigation, together with first-party representation of insurers and coverage matters.  He has tried a wide array of cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.  Brad routinely represents clients at the trial and appellate levels throughout Arkansas and Mississippi, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is also licensed to appear before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Brad remains involved in state and local bar associations and has served on several state committees.  Outside of Campbell DeLong, Brad is active in his church, serves on the boards of multiple organizations which are committed both to community and economic development and he recently received an appointment to a public board.
