Practice Summary

Harold practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors rights, commercial litigation and estate planning. He routinely represents banks and other lenders in bankruptcy proceedings in the states of Mississippi and Arkansas, and has significant experience representing both debtors and creditors in reorganizations. He also frequently serves as a mediator in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and represents clients in commercial arbitration proceedings including proceedings before the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD). In addition, Harold regularly provides estate planning and probate services to the firm's clients.
