Frank G. Power

Practice Summary

Frank serves as counsel for the Washington County Board of Supervisors and was attorney for the municipality of Leland, Mississippi for 20 years.  He has over 30 years of experience in real estate law. He regularly represents clients in the purchase, sale, and finance of agricultural, commercial and residential properties. He also acts as counsel for a number of corporations, with particular emphasis on agricultural-related businesses. Frank also has significant experience in the drafting of wills and trusts, and the probate of estates.
