R. Brittain Virden

Practice Summary

Britt concentrates his practice on all types of civil litigation, including personal injury, products liability, premises liability, employment law and motor vehicle accidents. He is the firm's lead counsel on worker's compensation matters and regularly represents clients before the Mississippi Worker's Compensation Commission. Britt is admitted to practice law in both Mississippi and Arkansas and has tried dozens of jury trials in the state and federal courts of both jurisdictions.

Britt currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Delta Economic Development Center and served as the President of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce in 2006-07.  He is active in various civic and community organizations including the United Way (President 2004), Kiwanis Club (President 2000), and the American Heart Association Heart Walk (Chairman 2003).
