Lawrence D. Wade

Practice Summary

Larry has 30 years of experience in all types of civil litigation. His experience includes the defense of all types of major casualty litigation, including, products liability, premises liability, property damage, coverage issues and disputes, bad faith claims, libel and slander, defamation, and business torts. He routinely handles complex commercial disputes and the defense of multi-party litigation in commercial, construction, insurance and products liability areas. He regularly represents clients in state court actions throughout the state of Mississippi, the Mississippi Court of Appeals, and the Mississippi Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Larry also has significant experience in maritime litigation.
